These terms and conditions of sale govern the flight brokerage and organisation services offered by Excell’Jets. They apply to any order, unless particular conditions are accepted in writing.
Purpose and scope
Excell’Jets acts as a broker: the company searches, selects and books air resources for the client from certified third-party operators. Transport is performed by these operators under their operator responsibility.
Quote, order and payment
Every service is subject to a quote. The order is firm upon receipt of the client’s written agreement and payment per the agreed schedule. Prices apply per the conditions stated in the quote.
Cancellation and modification
Any cancellation or modification is subject to the operator’s conditions and may incur fees stated in the quote. Certain contingencies (weather, slots, authorisations) may affect the flight; Excell’Jets does its utmost to offer an alternative.
Liability and applicable law
Excell’Jets’ liability is limited to its brokerage mission. These terms are governed by French law; any dispute falls to the competent courts. The French version of these conditions prevails.
